Our School Ponies

Dennis is an Australian brumby who is often the first pony the youngest riders will ride when they begin their lessons. Has been known to snack on the job if given the chance.

Kevin is a cheeky young lad who everyone can’t help but fall in love with.

Lovely little bay riding pony.  Serry loves a cuddle and a scratch.

Cagah Park’s very own Barbie Dream horse, Jack is a fan favourite and steals the heart of everyone he meets.

Our lovely bay Standardbred!  Socs is learning about other things instead of pacing , being not long off the track.  He has wonderful manners and loves attention.

Came to us from a wonderful home after being a Riding for the Disabled pony.  Katie gets bored easily so needs to be kept busy!

Patrick is an off track thoroughbred who loves to lead group lessons. He’s a big boy and an even bigger softie.

Dynamite is quiet and sweet-hearted Australian Brumby who loves a good snack almost as much as his brother Dennis.

She’s a gorgeous coloured little pony – she didn’t have a great start in life so you need to be extra gentle with this one.

Ice is a sweet boy who looks after all his riders. Don’t let his grumpy face fool you, he’s actually a real softie.

Winston is a smart boy who does a great job teaching both our beginners and more advanced riders.

Ollie is a gorgeous big off track thoroughbred who loves to hang over the fence for pats and steals the heart of everyone who rides him.

Sonny is a sweet black angel horse. He’s been known to fall asleep at any opportunity but don’t let him fool you, he secretly loves a fun filled lesson.

Cooper is a gorgeous cuddle loving off track standardbred who is in the process of learning to be a school horse.

Maze was rescued from the fires last year.  She will be recuperating by helping with C & C staff.

Our golden oldie! Goldie is no longer a ridden pony – maybe just a few pony rides but no lessons – she will be a favourite in Cuddles and Conversations!

Our beautiful little pony, recently had a foal – Ella – and will be part of the C & C staff for now.

Noddy is a retired school pony. He’s pushing 40 but still working hard to keep the young wipper snappers in line.

Smart youngster with attitude.  Loves a cuddle and will be part of the riding clan when trained.

Divine Winds Fortitude, is currently being campaigned by Caitlin with much success. While Etto is not part of the riding school, you may see him around the place asking for cuddles or working with Caitlin in the arena.

Bindara Allegra, is our beautiful 17.2hh Hannoverian Stud Book Mare and the mother of Ashwood Polytechnic.  Allegra has retired from campaigning with Caitlin and is currently focused on being a mum.

Ashwood Polytechnic. Polly is the daughter of Allegra and by the stunning stallion, Prestige VDL.  Polly will be a big girl, like her mum and when she’s finished growing she will begin her training. We expect she will be a stunning dressage competition horse for Caitlin. In the meantime she is loving her time grazing the paddocks and playing with her bestie Ella.

Cagah Park Cinderella. Ella is Delta’s daughter and was born on the property at the end of 2019.  She is a Welsh Mountain Section A pony by Rivington Ascot.  She is a cheeky, lovable little girl who has a wonderful future as a show pony.

Snowview Irish Mist.  Bizzee came to us with some fairly serious behavioural issues.  Caitlin fell in love with her despite her problems and has worked with her to overcome her issues.  They are now working well together and Bizzee is learning to trust and respect Caitlin.  They are hoping to pursue a jumping/eventing future.  Bizzee will not be a part of the riding school.

Optimism.  Wally is our stunning 17hh Dutch Warmblood dressage horse.  He is Alison’s horse but was campaigned by Caitlin for a short time.  He will be coming back into work with Alison as time permits.  He also will not be part of the riding school.

Murphy was a loveable, young at heart off track thoroughbred who sadly passed away in his sleep in May 2022. We love and miss him everyday.
